Welcome to DealScanner. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the DealScanner website (the "Service") or subscribing to our Discord alert integrations.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.

2. Description of Service

DealScanner is a clearance monitoring dashboard and notification service. We automatically track pricing data across third-party e-commerce retail websites and alert users of price reductions, clearance deals, and markdowns. Alerts are provided via our web portal and automated Discord webhooks.

3. Subscription Plans

We offer two premium subscription tiers:

• Standard Access Plan: Priced at $5/month, granting access to Discord deal channels showing discounts up to 79% off.
• Pro Deal-Hunter Plan: Priced at $10/month, granting access to all Discord deal channels, including deep clearance deals and price errors at 80% off or higher.

Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing dashboard. Access will continue until the end of your paid billing cycle.

4. User Responsibilities & Conduct

You agree to use DealScanner solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share alerts, products, or links provided through our premium Discord channels to third parties.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the DealScanner web server or underlying database.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or the terms of service of the tracked retail stores.

5. Pricing Errors and Stock Availability

DealScanner tracks information provided publicly by third-party retailers. Pricing errors, clearance discounts, and stock quantities are subject to change rapidly. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any tracked deal. Purchases are made directly on third-party websites, and DealScanner is not responsible for orders cancelled or rejected by retailers.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DealScanner, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if notified of the possibility of such damage.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time without notice. By using this Service, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms.
