Refund Policy — DealScanner

Thank you for subscribing to DealScanner. Please read our refund policy regarding subscription licensing carefully.

1. Digital Licensing & Access

DealScanner provides virtual licensing (digital access credentials) for premium Discord alert channels. Because our Service grants immediate access to proprietary, real-time clearance webhooks and alerts upon purchase, we do not offer refunds on any subscription plans once access has been activated.

2. Cancellation at Any Time

While payments are non-refundable, you can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

You will retain full premium access to the Discord channels and dashboard features until the end of your current billing period.
No further recurring charges will be billed to your payment method.
Your premium Discord roles and access will automatically expire at the end of the active billing cycle.

3. Exceptions and Disputes

If you experience technical issues (such as failure to link your Discord account or failure to receive roles after payment), please reach out to our support team. We will work to resolve the issue or credit your account accordingly. General dissatisfaction or failure to purchase a deal tracked by the scanner does not constitute grounds for a refund.
